Science based plyometric progressions
Although plyometric training is commonly used there is a poor understanding of intensity, how to start plyometric training and how to progress it over time. In this lecture Coach Young will provide a science based approach to understand intensity of plyometric training which can be used as a framework for teaching progressions and intensification.
