The "Culture of Movement" methodology is based on the knowledge of manual techniques, physiology and biomechanics, which uses a functional approach to the practice of asanas, designed for the tasks of the professional and leading to the declared results.

The classes are suitable for students of different levels, but both a beginner and an experienced professional will be able to calculate the actual load on their own and grow in practice, which is achieved through the synthesis of biomechanics, methodology and pedagogy.

The creator of the methodology is Igor Pantyushev, it is currently being developed thanks to a large team of specialists.

In yoga, passive possession of a particular form often means loose ligaments or excessive tension and can lead to cumulative "fatigue" injuries in the future. As part of the functional approach in the classroom, we work with the mastery of transitions and staying in shape with our own efforts, without inertia, external levers and free breathing. In addition, a special context is created to reconstruct the usual traffic routes, which reduces the risk of injury and contributes to progress in practice.

At the same time, in addition to motor training, the key is to work with meta-skills: volitional control, attitude, emotional response, metacognition. This is achieved thanks to the preservation of bandh, dristi and ujaya as criteria for being in the current training range for the practice, as well as the ability to independently adjust the training load, strategically calculating the strength for the entire practice. .
